Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply when you use Gangnam Style AI Video (the “Service”). The operator is the person or organization that makes the deployment you are visiting available.
The Service
The Service turns 1–3 uploaded photos into a personalized dance video. Available formats, pricing, processing time, and download options are shown in the product before you create or purchase.
The Service may rely on hosting, video-processing, storage, analytics, authentication, and payment partners to deliver the experience.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Account access may be limited when necessary to protect the Service, resolve a billing issue, or respond to unlawful activity.
Video packs and payment
Video packs are one-time purchases unless the checkout page clearly states otherwise. The package, total price, currency, and included video count are shown before payment.
A video is deducted when a generation request is accepted. If the Service records a processing failure, the corresponding video may be returned automatically. Duplicate, reversed, refunded, or disputed payments may result in a matching adjustment to the account balance.
Payments are processed on a hosted checkout page operated by the payment provider. The Service does not store full payment-card details.
Your media and generated videos
You keep the rights you hold in the media you submit. You give the operator and its service partners the limited permission needed to process that media, create the requested video, deliver the result, operate the account history, and troubleshoot failures.
Generated results are made available through the account or a time-limited download link. Save any result you want to keep; continued storage is not guaranteed.
Acceptable use
Use the Service lawfully. Do not use it to defraud, harass, impersonate, infringe rights, distribute malicious code, bypass access controls, or disrupt the Service.
Availability and results
AI-generated results vary with the uploaded photos and the processing service. The operator does not promise a particular likeness, movement detail, processing time, or uninterrupted availability. Features and formats may change as the product improves.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, the Service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. The operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the Service.
Updates
These Terms may be updated when the Service, pricing, or partners change. The effective date above will be revised when a material update is published.
Account and billing information
Signed-in users can review their video balance, purchases, and generation history on the account page. Any additional support or request method offered by the deployment will be shown within the Service.
